Privacy Policy

Agentic Catalog Repair helps merchants inspect Shopify product catalog data for AI shopping readiness. The app is designed to work with catalog, scan, issue, webhook, worker, and fix audit records for the installed shop.

Data We Process

The app stores product and variant metadata needed to run catalog diagnostics, including product titles, handles, vendors, product types, variant SKUs, barcodes, prices, availability, selected options, rendered page snapshots, scan results, issue evidence, and fix audit history.

Customer Data

The app does not intentionally store customer personal data. Shopify customer compliance webhooks are accepted and audited as lifecycle events because the app is prepared for App Store compliance requirements.

Webhooks And Redaction

The app verifies Shopify webhook signatures before processing webhook events. Customer data request and customer redact webhooks are audited as no-ops. Shop redact webhooks enqueue a redaction workflow that removes or redacts catalog, issue, scan, snapshot, webhook payload, worker, and audit data tied to the shop.
